Hot water ran out post-bath, a bit of a letdown. Room heating activates at a certain time, leaving you cold if you arrive late. The strong carpet deodorant smell was noticeable throughout the stay.

The hotel was located next to restaurants and shops, the sea, and Fort William on that afternoon. The venue had a very central setting to go for activities. Came to visit West Highland Museum, based just a short walk away from the hotel.

Charming Stay with Amazing Views
Spent four good nights in a lake view room. Jan and Jamie offered insightful local recommendations and the breakfast featured a fresh fruit salad that brightened my mornings. A quick stroll led us to the town center. I suggest asking for an extra towel rail for convenience.
